Coaches Training
Our FCA campus ministry has 3 main types of huddles listed below.
Multi-Sport Huddle - The multi-sport huddle is where a student or athlete becomes engaged, equipped, and empowered in a campus-wide FCA Club environment.
Team Huddle- The Team huddle model is where a specific team is engaged, equipped, and empowered through an FCA Team Bibles Study.
Coaches Huddle- The coaches' huddle is where coaches are engaged, equipped, and empowered through an FCA Bible Study.
The best answer is what works best for your group. Many multisport huddles typically meet on campus, in the local Church, in homes, or virtually.
The best answer here is whenever works best for your group. Having a regularly recurring time that is predicable is best. A benefit of a team huddle is there are fewer schedules to plan around.
Our staff is here to help your campus ministry in any way. We will meet with you and help in any way possible. Also, click the link below and join our virtual FCA Campus 101 course.
FCA exists to make leaders for Jesus on campuses. You as the huddle leader need to engage, equip and empower student leaders. This is your SALT team. Your SALT team will mobilize and lead out on your campus.
Tip: Spend one week developing your SALT Team and the following week the SALT Team can lead the huddle. This can make for a good rhythm going forth.

General Resources to help you on your FCA journey
FCA’s 360 Coach is a Biblical approach to coaching. The concept of "360" is rooted in the truth that God created us as holistic beings. That our heart, our mind, and our body are interconnected… and all three work together to create our everyday experiences. We believe athletes can and should be coached in each of these dimensions using a Biblical approach.
And with Jesus, real transformation is possible… this is 360 Coaching.
